Welcome to my travel blog!
Let me introduce myself. I am Jenny, a sophomore studying International Hotel and Tourism Management at Johnson and Wales University. Last year, I was fortunate enough to spend the spring trimester of my freshman year studying abroad in Sweden. There are many posts here about the adventures I took and lessons I learned. I am now on to my next journey: studying abroad in Italy!
It's crazy and wonderful and stressful and the best thing that could happen for me to study abroad a second time within my first two years of college. I'll be staying and taking classes in a small town just outside of Naples.
I'm excited to fall into the cadence of Italian culture, to look out my window and see the ominous Mount Vesuvius and the light blue of the Mediterranean. And of course, to relish in the delicious carbs, fats and wines that make up the Italian cuisine.
